I am looking forward to creating a goal oriented session with you, whether that goal be head to toe relaxation or working towards relief from an old injury or physical stress. I provide Deep Tissue massage, and you may be surprised by what we can get done without pain, working with slow release, breath, and movement.

I am interested in listening to those with chronic pain, and working within your boundaries and requests to provide a safe and communicative healing environment. I celebrate all body types and hope to provide comfort and care to those who have experienced trauma with the goal of helping you have a more positive connection to your body.
